Lost my sense of smell

Damn .. First was stomachache , then sore throat and now BLOCKED NOSE.

Cant even savour the taste of the curry puffs I got on the way to work.

3 weeks of severe germs attack. arghhhhh...

BTW , I got lobang(cheap deals) for getting pirated Nokia handset at extremely low price.

$3.90 for single earpiece
$6.90 for double earpiece (for music players)

Quality sucks big time but its still a worthwhile offer when you need a cheap one urgently.

Surviving on lozenges

Any cures for sore throat??

Im drowsy now with packs and packs of lozenges around me. Trying to keep my throat "cool". And this morning , I just gulped down spoonfuls of Woods Cough Syrup and that BTS medicine
that Carole Cheng(HK Star) had appeared in the commercial long ago.

All my A*list foodies will be a miss this weekend. If desperate , I'll get a doc. Or buy more lozenges to keep me uplifted.

Dont ever try this

Ok. I don't always believe in the power of durians. Until just now.

I went out with my parents for a little indulge . We settled down for durians at Bugis Street. It was really feasting and best of all , the price came down when they were closing.

6 packs for $10!!!

Well , we took around 10 packs , finished 4 packs on the spot and brought the rest back home.
We didnt want to take a cab as my mum wanted to walk around a bit. And we decided to sneak our durians to Bus 162. (Ignoring the durian fines on the bus! :p)

Wanted to share the load but my dad took all the packs with him and we chose the last seat in the end.

I observed everone in the bus.

No complaints . No nose pecking. Thought we were fine until we saw one indian lady in her 40s waving her hands as she got up the bus. We were still at Orchard. Rather scary because she was also looking at everyone in the bus for "durain trails". My dad hid it well. It was under his seats.

Everyone seems to enjoy the smell except her.

Well, by the time we got off the bus , she then realised it was US!! but too late , we already got down before she says anything.

Apologies to all who took the bus 162 around 11 plus tonight.

And a warning to those as well.

No durians On Buses and MRTs!!

Not feeling well this week. I got an acute diarrhea and I could not stop going to the toilet today. Total visited 10 times

I believe we have alll seen in the newspaper and watched the news. Pictures and pictures of dead bodies. But what about pictures of these people before they are dead?

When I heard the news about the quake , I thought its one of those small shakes in the region again. Even my friends around me thought the same too. But it was really a moment of suspense that has caught by surprises when the tsumani came.

A bad finale for 2004 though. I am offering my condolence to those out there.
