CNY woes
I admit I put on weights if I dont stop eating.
Haa.. 8 steamboats so far this CNY. But I restrained myself not to take rice too much.
Weight check , it didnt move much. It pays off by some recent badmintons and cycling trips. Gymming stopped quite a while because of work. But ippt yesterday seems to tell tales of my workouts are not in tip top condition yet. Running is still in the safe zone
Office is crazy about DOTA. But i think there is more to life than just DOTA. They have start to merge lunch with DOTA. I am more worried about work coz my team aren't moving to phase 2 yet.
Its hard to stay jubilant all the time. One little energy drop from me will result in people thinking im sad. Come on lah, give me a break. I can be tired at times.
Have a tennis session today . Wish me luck
