Half a Papaya Won't Make You Fat
Sheesh. I tried to eat less today to save up calories for Christmas. But it failed again. See what I gobbled the whole day
- 1 Packet of Durian Pop-Corn (220 cal)
- Tea with Equal( 40 cal)
- Tao Suan with You Tiao( 300 calories)
- Red Bean Bun ( 100 calories)
- Rice with Fish/Pork/Vegetables (500 calories)
- Papaya( 140 calories)
Papaya are really good crave controller. Coz 1/2 a papaya only cost you 70 calories. If you feel
your dinner is not filling , I recommend to go for a papaya.
Fruits like apples/pear are poisonous though. I saw in a documentary series in Discovery Channel that these fruits are being sprayed with insecticides and by the time they are ripe, the
insecticides already penetrated into the skins.
Maybe that explains why Snow White fainted with the apples. See! The witch is innocent all along.
